This Privacy Policy applies to Honne Flow, an AI-powered voice dictation and text editing product operated by Wonder Labs Technology Limited under the Honne AI brand.

Honne Flow is operated by Wonder Labs Technology Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, doing business as Honne AI ("Honne AI", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Honne Flow, our website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

3. Voice, Text, and AI Processing
Honne Flow is an AI-powered voice dictation and text transformation product. When you use these features, your audio, transcript, selected text, prompt, and generated output may be transmitted to our servers and to third-party AI infrastructure providers so we can return the requested result.
- We process voice and text content to provide the feature you request, such as transcription, rewriting, formatting, or command-based text editing.
- We do not use your voice or text content to train Honne-owned AI models unless you separately and explicitly opt in.
- We do not use your voice to create a voiceprint, identify you biometrically, or infer sensitive traits.
- We do not intentionally store audio recordings or generated text as product content. Limited retention may occur where necessary for security, abuse prevention, debugging, legal compliance, or where you choose to save or submit content to us.
- Where available under our providers' terms or agreements, we require AI infrastructure providers not to use API-submitted customer content to train their general models.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Honne Flow
- Authenticate users and manage accounts
- Process subscriptions, billing, trials, and account entitlements
- Measure usage, enforce quotas, and prevent abuse or fraud
- Debug errors, monitor reliability, and improve performance
- Respond to support, privacy, legal, and security requests
- Send transactional messages about your account or the Service
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
5. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your voice or text content for advertising.
- We do not use your voice for biometric identification.
- We do not train Honne-owned AI models on your customer content without your explicit opt-in.
- We do not require you to provide sensitive personal information to use the Service.
6. Service Providers and Disclosure
We rely on trusted service providers to operate Honne Flow. These may include providers of cloud infrastructure, authentication, payment processing, product analytics, customer support, error monitoring, email delivery, and AI infrastructure.
