1. Who We Are

Honne Flow is operated by Wonder Labs Technology Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, doing business as Honne AI ("Honne AI", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Honne Flow, our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

3. The Service

Honne Flow is an AI-powered macOS product for voice dictation, text transformation, and workflow-oriented writing assistance. The Service may process audio, transcripts, selected text, prompts, and generated outputs through our cloud systems and third-party AI infrastructure to return requested results.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update models, features, limits, and pricing from time to time.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected security issues.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of audio, transcripts, text, prompts, and other content you submit to the Service ("Input") and outputs generated for you by the Service ("Output"), subject to applicable law and any third-party rights.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, process, reproduce, and display Input and Output solely as necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and consents needed to submit Input and use Output, including where Input includes personal information, confidential information, recordings, or content belonging to others.

6. AI Outputs

Honne Flow uses artificial intelligence. AI-generated Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, duplicated, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating Output before relying on it or sharing it.

• The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
• Do not use Output as the sole basis for high-impact, safety-critical, emergency, legal, employment, credit, medical, or financial decisions.
• Similar or identical Output may be generated for other users.
• Model behavior and quality may change over time as providers and systems evolve.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Record or process another person's voice or personal information without required consent
• Create, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing content
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, surveil, or profile individuals without authorization
• Submit highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential information unless you are authorized and accept the associated risks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, extract, or attempt to discover source code, model weights, prompts, systems, or non-public APIs
• Interfere with, overload, bypass, or compromise the Service, its security, or its usage limits
• Create multiple accounts or use automated means to evade quotas, payments, restrictions, or enforcement

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans, trials, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and payment methods are handled through our payment processors. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically and access continues until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by us. We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice. You are responsible for any taxes or charges imposed by your jurisdiction.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party providers, including providers of cloud infrastructure, authentication, payment processing, analytics, customer support, and AI infrastructure. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, model changes, or external systems that we do not control.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, interfaces, workflows, documentation, trademarks, logos, and brand assets, is owned by Wonder Labs Technology Limited, its licensors, or its service providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to the Honne Flow product, the Honne AI brand, or underlying technology except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

12. Beta Features and Changes

We may offer experimental, beta, or preview features. These features may be unstable, incomplete, or discontinued at any time. We may set or change usage limits, rate limits, model availability, and access rules to protect the Service and manage costs.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, fail to pay fees, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all Output are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or reliability.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonder Labs Technology Limited, Honne AI, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 100.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wonder Labs Technology Limited, Honne AI, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence, the courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Before bringing a claim, you agree to contact us first and try to resolve the dispute informally.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service, by email, or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
